San Marino

Our next stop was at #14 - San Marino. Cade and Becca both independently told our friends who were with us that this home was one that felt more like a real home than any of the others we had seen. I guess because it felt more like a lot of the homes we show on a regular basis (or something). It was a 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home with 3448 square feet of living space in Hidden Valley offered for $495,000.

(A lot of the homes had home theaters but they were hard to photograph because they were always dark and playing movies in those -- sorry!)

Maybe it felt more like a real home to us because this laundry room is about the same size as our laundry room. Hmmm...
